The FD Persoonlijk - the weekend issue of the Dutch newspaper Het Financieel Dagblad - asked me to portray my hopefor 2021.

What I wanted to manifest in this painting are symbols representing listening, love and caring for nature. The hand earring is there to show my solidarity to the Black Lives Matter movement. I strive for an idealistic future full of compassion and conversation between all people.
